Senator Rubio and financier Kyle Bass question US government of no sanction against CCP leaders over Uighur re-education camps

US senator Marco Rubio tweeted yesterday, “RadioFreeAsia reports PRC secretly moving large numbers of Uyghurs & other Muslims to prisons outside Xinjiang. After two years of revelations on mass internments in Xinjiang, why hasn’t USG sanctioned any Chinese Govt or Communist Party officials.”

According to Radio Free Asia, China is Secretly Transferring Uyghur Detainees From Xinjiang to Shaanxi, Gansu Province Prisons. Ethnic Uyghurs held in political “re-education camps” in northwest China’s Xinjiang Autonomous Region (XUAR) are being sent to prisons in Shaanxi and Gansu provinces, officials have confirmed, pointing to an expansion of a secretive system transferring detainees out of the region.

In October last year, RFA’s Uyghur Service reported that authorities in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region (XUAR) had begun covertly sending detainees to prisons in Heilongjiang province and other parts of China to address an “overflow” in overcrowded camps, where up to 1.1 million Uyghurs and other Muslim ethnic minorities accused of harboring “strong religious views” and “politically incorrect” ideas have been held since April 2017.

The report, which was confirmed by officials in both the XUAR and Heilongjiang, came in the same month that XUAR chairman Shohrat Zakir confirmed to China’s official Xinhua news agency the existence of the camps, calling them an effective tool to protect the country from terrorism and provide vocational training for Uyghurs.

In response to the Senator’s tweeted remarks, noted US financier Kyle Bass tweeted, “The United States must sanction Wang Qishan and all Chinese CCP members responsible for the Xinjiang concentration camps. Why aren’t other US Senators and Members of Congress raising the issue as forcefully as Rubio?”

Kyle Bass said earlier that, “With 2019 being the 30th Anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre, it’s time to protest the unlawful mass incarceration of 1MM+ Uighurs.” He has urged support for the protest held at the Chinese Embassy in London during Chinese Spring Festival on the 5th of February.

BBC reports today that Turkey has called on China to close its detention camps following the reported death of a renowned musician Abdurehim Heyit from the ethnic Uighur minority.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Turkey foreign ministry spokesman Hami Aksoy said: “It is no longer a secret that more than a million Uighur Turks exposed to arbitrary arrests are subjected to torture and political brainwashing” in prisons, adding that those not detained were “under great pressure”.

“The reintroduction of concentration camps in the 21st century and the systematic assimilation policy of Chinese authorities against the Uighur Turks is a great embarrassment for humanity,” Mr Aksoy said.

He also said the reports of Heyit’s death “further strengthened the Turkish public’s reaction to the serious human rights violations in Xinjiang” and called on UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres “to take effective steps to end the human tragedy” there.

The CCP government has been extremely cautious in recent weeks to maintain national security during the festival holiday and reviewed the whistle blows of Miles Kwok and Steven Bannon as their greatest threat.

In a Lude talk yesterday, a training course of 14 measures was released by insiders of the CCP’s police and propaganda work group to deal with the “threats” to China’s social stability. These 14 measures are translated as follows:

One, we must take precautions to maintain stability and act against mass revolts by making use of their fear of death. We advocate improvement for democracy and educate the mass into moderate forces only. We must make them have faith in the nation, the government, and the party.

Second, we must learn to divert contradictions. In cases of corruption, public awareness should be diverted to a handful of corrupt officials; awareness to medical scandals should be diverted to hospitals; problems with the elderly to the common majority; property pricing bubble to the developers; pollution to the enterprises; law violations to the individual policemen or city security guards. We must make sure the mass shall have faith in the party’s policies and avoid the people from targeting the government, the party and the socialist system.

Third, we must divert the awareness of the public on hot spots affecting social security. We can act in the cover of democratic parties to discuss sensitive issues with activists; we can use entertaining topics to raise public awareness to prevent public attention from attacking the system.

Fourth, we must make use of the differences in personal opinions to divert public attention. We can offer some convincing ideas to invite public debate and endless discussions of minor importance. We can form groups of five or three to act in different debates and waste their time and energy in useless discussions. We must prevent the public or organizations from reaching consensus or forming into united forces.

Fifth, we must avoid discussions on social problems leading to attacks on socialist system. We must let the mass stop on the surface of improvement to the system or within the legal framework. We must let the mass have faith in making improvements.

Sixth, we must have the propaganda for dreams. To avoid extremity, we shall let the diehard have the hope for dreaming, to have a residence for their soul. The key is to lead the mass into a state of moderation, and to avoid violent confrontations.

Seventh, we must learn how to “fish” in maintaining social security. To those violent diehards, we shall actively come close to them or even falsely participate in their activities in protests. With this, we can take full control of their thought and plans. At proper times, we can also encourage their practical actions so that we can arrest them in good time or report their violations to related authorities.

Eight, we can from time to time spread some rumors and encourage public forwards. After the public attention has reached a certain hotness, we waste no time in breaking those rumors. With this, we can weaken the accountability of organized protests.

Ninth, we can give some people the right to open multiple accounts in social media and spread the false news on corruption cases. This way, we can divert the public awareness to the scandals of individual corrupt officials by making the news more entertaining. This will help cause paralysis of the mass and thus weaken their willingness to protests.

Tenth, we should use the shortcomings of whistle blowers to defame them, and belittle those influential figures among the mass. This way, we avoid the appearance of democratic leaders who have a strong voice among the population.

Eleventh, we must create disputes between the protesters and the general public. We shall encourage confrontation between the organized activists and ordinary people, so that some activists will look down upon the ordinary people, thus weakening their strength for public support.

Twelve, we can have compliments to the diehards so that they keep a distance to overseas democratic forces. We can use nationalism, patriotism, historical theories, or cultural advantages to counter western democracy. We can also give some examples of democratic failures in some countries so that the ordinary people continue to have faith in our socialist route.

Thirteenth, we shall unite the forces for reforms to counter the forces for revolutions. We must strengthen the base in the mass for socialist beliefs and weaken the influence of democracy.

Fourteen, we must have great emphasis on controlling public opinions on the internet, making it the same important as policing. We must work well with state-owned media propaganda and internet use to beat foreign adversaries, divide mass protests, dissolve the hostility of the mass against the government and the party, avoid violent protests and safeguard social security.

With the above 14 measures in maintaining social security, the shameful CCP government has taken down all its face masks and showed its nature of total immorality while taking the world population as its enemies.

As the head of the CCP police forces has warned of a “color revolution” recently, The Nazi-like corrupt CCP leadership has determined to fight a full-scaled war with the Chinese people as well as the whole humanity. And this will quicken the pace for its own destruction.
